Unknown wines of French origin
Drink less drink better (within ‘the more the marier’…)
Marketing and technology are the most important issue in the world of wines wherever today. Marketing and technology are cause to the look-alike of wines of different origin and different soil, and more so the loss of their specific nature. Marketing and technology are to blame for (almost) disappearance of ancient grapes as Tannat, Cot and Poulsard (Ploussard) in France for instance. As they do make ancient wine-aries like Jura, Jurancon and our Cotes du Meuse forgotten ones. Our winelist –supervised by ‘oenologue’ Andre van Putten- offers at least wines of rare origin and those forgotten grapes.
